Entrepreneurship isn't for the faint of heart. Business owners must strive their best to maintain and sustain their businesses. Working on own time, trying to figure out what will work best for the business and paving the path for future growth, business owners need to have routine to kick start their daily lives to face their hectic schedule ahead. Here are a few tips from successful entrepreneurs on their daily habit that helps them to face the daily challenges:

Create a regimented schedule.
According to the founder of Fueled, having a consistent daily schedule helps him maximize the amount of work he get to do. He always finish his dinner at 11 p.m and have a work session afterwards until 3.30 a.m where he will answer emails or do his creative thinking around bigger ideas without any distraction. Although to some people it sound extreme but the idea is to have a consistent daily schedule that you will maintained and follow.

Ask yourself this question before going to bed.
The co-founder of V.I.P Waste Services says his mantra before going to bed is to ask himself this question:  "If I live every day the same way I did today, what kind of future would that create?". Indirectly it force himself to constantly evaluate every action he will make and get his priority right to shape the future. As the saying goes, the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

Take an adventure walk every weekend to connect the dots.
Walking has been proven to have a lot of benefit and one of it is it  helps with the thinking department. According to Ryan Kania of Advocates for World Health, he always go for a weekend hike at a place he never been before. Being in unfamiliar place helps him to think and he believes that it also helps him to generate new ideas because he treat his weekend hike as a meditation session.

Take a hot-cold contrast shower every morning.
A daily routine for Phil Dumontet of Dashed is to have a 30 seconds cold-hot-cold shower every day for 14 years! The article Cold Shower explain the benefit of this shower regime. 

Set three specific goals weekly and monthly -- and ignore everything else.
Staying on top of our priority is tough as there are a lot of daily distractions. To accomplish a big goal, you need to break it into many small goals and keep it on track. Having a weekly review is better to make sure everything is on track and if anything goes wrong, it can be quickly addressed.

Make lots of lists as soon as you get to the office.
Jonathon Nostrant of ivee created a list for everything for one hour as soon as he gets to office everyday before the end of the day. It force him to think through the day, week, month, year and the long term plan before he begin to execute it. Having a list helps him to organize and have a better clarity on things as it's very easy to be caught up with day-to-day details.
