The Q Drum Water Container

Approximately 750 million people around the world did not have access to clean drinking water, and many of those have to travel long distances from their home just to get it. In various culture, mostly women and children are the one who tasked to collect water, often carrying the full containers on their heads. Study have shown that, this activities poses a significant risk to neck and spine injuries.

This is were the folks behind the Q Drum want to make the process safer and easier. The Q Drum is a wheel-shape canister that is design to roll and pulled by a rope through the central hole. Traditional containers are often limited to 15 liters of water, but with the Q Drum it can hold up to 50 liters. This invention surely help many people in many ways.
